The Team of Sunguard went through the Corporate Training Program in Pune – Accelerate Level 2. The highlight of the evening activity was the Fire Walk in Pune, which was used as a celebration of a transformed mindset. The importance of having the right beliefs to Innovate and achieve quantum results were discussed. Fire Walk done by us is not a ‘stunt’ but a transformational experience. Fire Walk is a metaphor of our barriers, our fears, barriers that look challenging and even perceptually impossible. When the knowledge, awareness, and technique are blended fire walk becomes a deeper meaning. When used as a trigger for future challenges it becomes a catalyst towards Peak Performance. The roaring energy created by the team during the fire walk demonstrated the power of team energy. When a team creates that kind of energy, every member of the team can achieve Peak Performance!!! So, the Fire Walk demonstrates not just individual performance and capabilities, but the power of the mind, the power of purpose, team magic and how to smile and enjoy even under immense pressure. The Fire Walk is a high-pressure fear-based activity but to witness people doing it with a smile and many not just doing it once, but twice and many, multiple times are worth a learning. Witnessing the Fire walking is also a great experience when done with a great message. Participants went through the amazing Kinesiology experience which not only helps us identify the subconscious beliefs but also helps to change them. Beliefs are the ‘blueprint’ of our Life and when we start working on the blueprint we strengthen our ‘base’ and when the base is stronger, we are ready to achieve greater ‘heights’. Kinesiology is not just psychology, its biology. It is very interesting to witness how the technique gives access to the subconscious mind which in turn helps us identify and change beliefs. When practiced regularly the technique can be a life changer!
